Your Support Team

Therapy that’s real, intentional, and grounded in understanding; not judgment.

Kenya Burton, MSW, LCSWA

Founder  |  Therapist  (NC)

I work with people who hold a lot together; showing up, functioning, and often supporting others; while feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in the same patterns underneath.

My approach is collaborative, intentional, and grounded; focused on understanding patterns, not just managing symptoms.

Therapy here isn’t rushed or surface-level. We slow things down enough to create meaningful, lasting change.

Bethel Maekele, MSW, LCSWA

Associate Therapist  (NC)

Bethel supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. She works with high-functioning individuals who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally.

Her approach is collaborative, real, and judgment-free—creating space for clients to show up as they are without pressure. Bethel’s work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and anti-oppressive practices, while integrating practical tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
